Group Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead activities in a variety of groups such as knitting, modeling, men's and ladies' groups and sewing.
• Assist with setting up group spaces and materials.
• Encourage participation and engagement among members.
• Provide a warm, supportive presence to help everyone enjoy their time.
• Help create an inclusive, positive atmosphere.

What skills do I need?

• Enthusiasm for community building and group work.
• Friendly, approachable and patient.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Reliable and able to commit to regular sessions.
• No previous experience necessary - training and support provided.
