Role and Responsibilities
• Providing reception and administrative duties to support the delivery of a variety of services to people affected by sight loss.
• Reception duties including greeting visitors and answering telephone enquiries.
• Taking messages and relaying them to staff members via email / TEAMS
• Administration support
• Customer Service
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Experience working in an administrative role
• Experience of communicating effectively with staff and service users
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Experience of using Microsoft Office applications particularly, Outlook, Word, TEAMS
• Good typing skills with excellent written English
• Flexibility to work at short to medium notice
