Volunteer Befriender

Volunteer Centre, Blackpool, Wyre & Fylde

The purpose of the befriending volunteer role is to make contact with lonely and isolated individuals through regular telephone or face to face conversations, by way of home visits, meetings in the community or supporting to a friendship group.

Monday-Friday, 9-5 although volunteers can choose hours to suit them- minimum of 2 hours per week.
