Royal Lancashire Agricultural Show
Volunteers are needed to assist with barriers; signage, show office set up; marquee interior set up, including the craft and, food marquees.
Show marshal volunteers are also needed to welcome exhibitors and direct them to their allocated plots (requirement to drive a buggy for these roles).
Whilst no expenses can be reimbursed, complimentary refreshment will be provided. Volunteers will also receive a 'Certificate of Completion' as a record of the voluntary assistance given.
Volunteers would require to be reasonable fit and healthy. Some roles would involve physical lifting.
Marshalling volunteers would need to be reasonably physically fit, with good interpersonal skills and a welcoming, friendly approach. Would also need to have the ability to drive a buggy.

Pre-show set up volunteering would start on Tuesday 30th June 2026 and volunteers could assist for a morning or afternoon or a full day if desired. Complimentary refreshments will be provided.
