Spring into Action
To provide the necessary support and guidance to directors with lived experience to ensure they are ready for the quarterly meetings. This will include pre-meeting with them to go through bord papers, as well as supporting to prepare their board reports. The role will ensure that directors with lived experience are confident, informed, and fully prepared to contribute meaningfully at board meetings. You will also support more well-rounded discussions by ensuring all directors can engage with board materials, demonstrating our commitment to meaningful inclusion.
You will have strong verbal and written communication, be able to advocate for others while encouraging independence and voice. Be able to use a range of methods to help prepare board reports and be able to handle sensitive information appropriately and confidentially.

Quarterly board meetings, usually July, October, January and April, 6pm – 8pm. Additional time may be required to support board members with lived experience to carry out their role effectively.
