To greet and welcome attendees of the Seeds of Change Project. This opportunity offers scope for growth into assisting project session delivery
Seeds of Change is an ongoing Wellbeing Programme designed to help local Adults reduce stress, build Emotional Resilience and adopt Healthier Habits. The sessions combine guided mediation, EFT Tapping, Neuro Rocking, Wellness Walks and a practical Eat the Rainbow Healthy Eating Approach.
Up to 12 participants will attend weekly group sessions with 1 to 1 check-ins and individual sessions. They will receive stamp cards for each session for consistent attendance to promote a sense of self empowerment and achievement.
What skills do I need?
Warm and welcoming is all that is required. Any identified training needs will be met
