To help the project set up at the start of the session and help pack up at the end. Other ad hoc duties in the meantime. This opportunity has the possibility to enable the volunteer to help deliver project sessions for The Seeds of Change
Seeds of Change is an ongoing Wellbeing Programme designed to help local Adults reduce stress, build Emotional Resilience and adopt Healthier Habits. The sessions combine guided mediation, EFT Tapping, Neuro Rocking, Wellness Walks and a practical Eat the Rainbow Healthy Eating Approach.
Up to 12 participants will attend weekly group sessions with 1 to 1 check-ins and individual sessions. They will receive stamp cards for each session for consistent attendance to promote a sense of self empowerment and achievement.
What skills do I need?
No specific skills required other than to help with light physical work. Any training need will be met
