Runner's City
Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. This role will require a strong understanding of digital marketing, traditional marketing, and running ads on different platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Runner's City is a sports running brand for individuals seeking happiness, good health, and overall well-being. We exist to inspire and plant perseverance in all who share our vision of a better tomorrow. Our brand's core belief is to empower individuals to overcome challenges and achieve their potential. Our logo represents the positive change runners are making in their own lives and in the lives of others globally through running. We are currently focused on helping running clubs and runners excel at running. We are working closely with the University of Lancashire (UCLAN) to develop new applications to do just that.
Responsibilities:
> Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
> Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyse competitor activities, and identify market trends.
> Develop and manage the company's brand identity and messaging.
> Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, and traditional marketing.
> Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
> Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
> Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment and support marketing initiatives.
> Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
> Manage and scale email marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
> Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
> 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
> Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
> Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
> Experience managing marketing budgets and resources.
