St John Ambulance Youth
No one should die because they needed first aid and didn’t get it. St John Ambulance (SJA) teaches people first aid so they can be the difference between life and death, and you can help us do this.
As a youth leader you will deliver development opportunities on behalf of SJA through one of our programmes for young people (Badgers, Cadets). This will involve supporting young people alongside other youth leaders, youth support leaders and others. You will also take on responsibility for leading your youth section (either Cadets or Badgers) within a St John Network. As a Unit Youth Lead you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the adult volunteers within your youth unit to ensure the delivery and provision of a quality, fun and engaging youth programme in a safe and inclusive environment.
